Job summary

GlobalLogic in Kraków is leading a strategic, AI-first transformation across multiple business units. Engineers will work embedded with finance, HR, marketing, and operations to design agent-based workflows using Claude/Anthropic, paired with dedicated AI Champions.

The project emphasizes governance, human-in-the-loop, and upskilling non-technical stakeholders, delivering sustained enablement and autonomy at project end.

Qualifications

• AI-First & agentic workflows experience in Claude/Anthropic or similar platforms.
• Ability to map and redesign processes into AI-first operating models.
• Experience training non-technical business users and transferring knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders outside IT/Software Eng. (Finance, HR, Ops, etc.)
• High emotional intelligence and change-management capabilities.
• Commitment to a 6–9 month embedded engagement with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Workflow redesign & orchestration: map As-Is processes and define AI vs human governance; build To-Be agentic workflows in Claude.
• AI Champion partnership: work 1-on-1 with AI Champion across functions from use-case selection to UAT.
• Enablement, coaching & knowledge transfer: coach Champion to independently extend and evolve workflows.
• Testing & deployment: lead UAT with business teams and refine workflows based on feedback.
