Capita w Opolu poszukuje pracownika do obsługi klienta z niemieckim na pełen etat, z możliwością pracy hybrydowej po szkoleniu.

Główne obowiązki to prowadzenie rozmów telefonicznych i korespondencji z klientami, udzielanie informacji o produktach i rozliczeniach, a także aktualizowanie danych w systemie. Oczekujemy komunikatywności, bardzo dobrego niemieckiego (C1) i umiejętności obsługi MS Office.
