The role involves coordinating daily sales operations, organizing resources, designing programmes, and guiding junior colleagues, with clear processes and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in sales coordination or related roles.
• Experience supporting sales programmes and business development.
• Ability to manage routine operations independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication with senior and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and execution of Sales Management plans.
• Coordinate day-to-day sales operations and allocate resources.
• Assist with design and implementation of sales programmes.
• Support routine sales activities with alliance and channel partners.
• Monitor activities contributing to sales volume and profitability.
• Coordinate tasks across sales teams with clear priorities.
• Resolve routine operational issues using procedures.
• Build relationships with colleagues across Sales and other teams.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to junior staff.
• Delegate and review work of junior team members.
