Job summary

Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Gdansk team, with opportunities to work across Warsaw as needed.

The role focuses on developing and documenting complex electronic and electrical system requirements for aviation platforms, interfacing hardware and software, and ensuring compliance with aviation standards. Responsibilities include design, testing, verification, and collaboration with a global engineering team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft or aerospace network architecture, avionics, or complex embedded networking systems.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develops and documents complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Analyses and translates requirements into system, hardware, and software designs and interface specifications.
• Designs hardware, software, and interface specifications.
• Ensures compliance with ARP4754A, DO-178, and DO-254.
• Tests and validates system designs to meet operational and functional requirements.
