Job summary

Creotech Instruments S.A. in Warsaw seeks an MSc-level engineer in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering with a solid systems engineering background. You will perform requirements engineering, interface management, and preparation of ICDs, verification documentation, and technical specifications, working in multidisciplinary teams.

• Perform analyses and maintain avionics budgets (power, processing, data throughput, memory).
• Define verification, qualification and acceptance testing for subsystems and equipment.
• Support anomaly investigations and engineering change activities throughout projects.
• Lead subsystem level FMEA/FMECA.

Creotech Instruments S.A. is a Polish manufacturer and integrator of satellites and satellite systems. what we’re looking for

We’re looking for an engineer with an MSc or higher degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering (or related) and a solid understanding of systems engineering processes. You should have experience in requirements engineering, interface management and preparing technical specifications, ICDs and verification documentation, along with strong analytical skills, a systems-thinking approach and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. Fluent English is essential. Experience in spacecraft avionics (OBDH, EPS, TT&C, SpaceWire, CAN), ECSS or CCSDS standards, DOORS‑like tools, flight‑proven systems or ESA projects will be a plus.

• Derive, allocate, and manage subsystem and equipment requirements with full traceability to system-level requirements.
• Managing technical interfaces between avionics equipment, platform subsystems, payload, and flight software.
• Supporting technical decision‑making, trade studies, and risk management for the subsystem and equipment level solutions.
• Perform applicable analyses and maintain avionics budgets such as power, processing, data throughput, memory, and communication bandwidth.
• Define subsystem and equipment verification and support qualification and acceptance testing.
• Support anomaly investigations, risk management, and engineering change activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead subsystem level FMEA/FMECA
