Job summary

MTU Aero Engines Polska is seeking a Digitalization Engineer with a mechanical background to support the digital transformation of the Aero Engine Performance Analysis team in Tajęcina.

You will migrate data, develop a GUI for data visualization, and improve processes and data flows while collaborating with engineering and IT staff. A degree in mechanical/engineering or CS, Linux knowledge, Python/C++, and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in mechanical engineering, aerospace, or manufacturing is desirable.
• Knowledge of Linux environments and programming (Python/C++).
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead digital transformation initiatives within the Aero Engine Performance Analysis team.
• Migrate to a new database for processes and historical data.
• Gather requirements and support GUI tool development for data visualization.
• Analyze and improve data flows, processes, and tools for efficiency.
• Act as liaison between engineering teams and IT for alignment.
• Provide first-line support for internal tools.
