Job summary

Sungrow Europe is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to join our on-site team in Germany. You will own the daily operation and ongoing development of product training programs, ensuring our Competency Center facilities stay current and effective.

You will evaluate hotline quality, track tickets, and drive training initiatives across the Distribution product portfolio. Ideal candidates hold a technical degree (Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy) or a technical/business mix, with

Qualifications

  • Degree (or in study) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical field, or a business degree with technical component.
  • Solid understanding of distribution products and systems, or strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across teams.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with ownership and continuous improvement focus.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site training support.
  • English at C1 level; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operation and ongoing development of product training programs.
  • Evaluate quality of technical hotline service and prepare weekly progress reports.
  • Track ticket completion rates, identify patterns, and define improvement actions.
  • Identify training gaps by analyzing hotline and ticket data for learning initiatives.
  • Develop, coordinate, and follow up on comprehensive training plans for our Distribution product portfolio.
  • Create and maintain a library of FAQs, tutorials, training materials, and process guidance.
  • Collaborate with service distribution teams and product experts to improve service quality and ticket handling.

Your profile
Role

  • You hold a degree (or are currently studying) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field - alternatively, a business-related degree with a strong technical component works great too.
  • You have a solid understanding of distribution products and systems, or a genuine eagerness to build that knowledge quickly.
  • You bring strong communication and coordination skills, and you feel comfortable working across different teams and functions.
  • You are well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment without losing your cool.
  • You have a proactive mindset - you take ownership, follow through, and are always looking for ways to make things better.
  • You are open to occasional travel for on-site training support.
  • Your English is at C1 level; fluent Chinese is a welcome plus.
