Zusammenfassung

Trackforce is seeking an Account Receivables Analyst in Poland to support the AR process, including billing, cash applications, collections and reconciliations for customers in Canada, the US, and EMEA. Fluent French is required to manage multilingual billing and SOW interpretation.

You will read SOWs/agreements to bill using the subscriptions module, work with Sales and Customer Success to ensure accuracy, and perform daily cash postings while supporting year-end audits and remittance

Qualifikationen

Account Receivables Analyst is supporting role and optimizing the accounts receivable process including billing, cash applications, collections and reconciliations. This position will handle complex AR issues, support process improvements and work closely with different depts. to ensure cash flow objectives are met. Customers that will be supported will be in Canada, US and EMEA (French is required), strong interpersonal skills in billing as it will require to read SOW and/or agreements to create and bill using subscriptions module. Will require to work directly on to sales and Customer Success team to review projects for accurate billing, also work directly with AR Manager and Shared Service Director. Cash application must be performed daily, ensure remittance information is obtained from customers to comply with audit. Collection role will require experience reaching out to customers, scheduling conference calls with customers and Sales Rep. Assist with yearly audits.
