Job summary

UPS is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Accounts Analyst in Poland to perform customer account analysis and investigate unidentified payments. You will apply payments to invoices, communicate with international UPS entities, and cooperate with customers, collectors and operations to ensure accurate reconciliations.

The role requires strong data entry accuracy, MS Office proficiency, and good command of English and German.
