Hitachi Energy Czech Republic S.R.O. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Intern to support the finance team in day-to-day AR activities in Kraków.

The role focuses on internal customer-related processes and requires working from the office at least one day per week for collaboration. Qualified candidates will have a university-level finance/accounting education, strong Excel skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Competenze

• University-level education in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field.
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Customer-service mindset.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic environment.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Accounts Receivable team.
• Prepare and send invoice copies to customers upon request.
• Support the Cash in Time (CIT) process and related activities.
• Prepare and maintain Cash in Time reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the cash application process, including basic payment allocation and follow-up.
• Assist the AR team with routine administrative and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with AR team members to ensure smooth daily processes.
