Hitachi Energy in Krakow is offering an Accounts Receivable Intern position within the Finance team. You will support day-to-day AR activities, prepare invoices, and assist with cash processes in a collaborative, international environment.

The role requires university-level studies in finance/accounting, English at least B2, and strong Excel skills. Office presence is required at least one day per week with potential for hybrid work.

Qualifications

• University-level education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting is a plus but not required.
• Good command of English, minimum B2 level.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Customer-service oriented mindset.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Accounts Receivable team.
• Prepare and send invoice copies to customers upon request.
• Support the Cash in Time (CIT) process and related activities.
• Prepare and maintain Cash in Time reports, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Support the cash application process, including basic payment allocation and follow-up activities.
• Assist the AR team with routine administrative and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with AR team members to ensure smooth and timely execution of daily processes.
