Job summary

Hitachi Europe GmbH (Germany) in Kraków is seeking a Finance professional to perform Accounts Payable, expense reimbursements and bank statement processing in line with accounting policies and internal procedures.

You will collaborate with Finance, FP&A and Controllership, support internal and external audits, initiate process improvements and maintain internal controls in a dynamic learning environment. Fluent English and SAP experience are required, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Accounts Payable or financial accounting.
• SAP knowledge would be an asset.
• Fluent English is required.
• Knowledge of European languages is a plus.
• MS Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable, expense reimbursements and bank statements.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
• Support internal/external audits and cross-functional projects.
• Maintain internal control system and document processes.
• Participate in process improvements and data accuracy.
