Job summary

BVI Medical is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage end-to-end AP processes in a hybrid Kraków team. You will handle invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and support for month-end closes while collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 2-3+ years in AP, a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Hybrid work arrangement and private healthcare are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payable.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end vendor invoices and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Monitor payment schedules and assist with timely supplier payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• Serve as point of contact for vendors and internal partners on AP queries.
• Support month-end close activities including reconciliations and accruals.
• Maintain AP records in ERP systems ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and controls.
• Participate in transitions, migrations, and improvement projects.
• Support audits and compliance efforts as required.
