Job summary

BD in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking an AP Accountant to reconcile AP Aging and support SOX testing within a global finance team. You will interact with stakeholders, prepare ad-hoc reports, and ensure accounting processes comply with GAAP.

We look for a candidate with a finance or accounting degree, 3+ years in general accounting, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and fluent English. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting degree.
• Minimum of 3+ years in General Accounting.
• Experience in ERP environments (SAP/Oracle) in Finance/Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of the AP Aging from sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc reports, as necessary.
• Interact with and communicate with stakeholders across teams.
• Participate in SOX testing and special projects.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing for month and year end close.
• Identify process improvements and ensure SOX compliance.
