Job summary

Conduent is seeking an Accounting Analyst with English Language (OTC) in Poland to join our global finance team. You will handle billing, master data updates, month-end closings, and SLA assurance while working with international stakeholders.

The role requires 1-2 years in OTC, strong English and Polish (at least B2), and solid Excel skills. We offer remote/hybrid work, full-time hours, competitive salary, and opportunities for professional growth within a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform billing activities: single and massive invoicing based on ART/MIS requests (English & foreign & intercompany customers).
• Master data - Inserting request for new code/ modify code, unlocking codes/ sales area opening.
• All documents should be issued according to established procedures and in agreed time frames.
• Perform month end closing activities accurately and on time, preparing accruals.
• SLA assurance.
• Communicate with internal customers, business unit, as required to ensure accurate query resolution.
• Comply with all AR policies and procedures.
• Research, analyze and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain an updated and approved process documentation.

Key areas of responsibility
