Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking an entry-level professional to support the Global eSigner Transformation team in advancing transformation initiatives within the Account Services offering. This role is hybrid, with up to two days per week at home, and offers a competitive base salary plus benefits.

The position focuses on data extraction, validation, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive project progress and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Ukrainian language will be a plus.
• Availability to work stable, fixed hours 8:00–16:00, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Extract and input data from various source documents into core applications, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Monitor and report daily progress of transformation initiatives with clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Perform testing activities, including UAT, during and after data migration to validate system performance and data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, leadership) to identify, report, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and input data from various source documents into core applications, ensuring a high level of accuracy and data integrity
• Monitor and report on the daily progress of transformation initiatives, providing clear and concise status updates to project stakeholders
• Perform testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), during and after data migration to validate system performance and data quality
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, and senior leadership, to identify, report, and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner

Qualifications and Experience:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting would be an asset
• Ukrainian language will be a plus
• Availability to work stable, fixed hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
