Conduent, a global leader in business services, invites you to join our Accounting Analyst with English Language (OTC) team in Łódź. You will support international stakeholders and work on Order-to-Cash processes in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

We seek a proactive professional with 1–2 years OTC experience, fluent English and Polish (B2), strong Excel skills, and a drive for process improvement. This full-time role offers remote/hybrid work and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform billing activities for English/foreign and intercompany customers.
• Manage master data: create/modify codes and unlock/open sales areas.
• Ensure documents are issued on time per procedures.
• Perform month-end closing and accruals.
• Provide SLA assurance and query resolution with internal customers.
• Research and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain updated process documentation.

Accounting Analyst with English Language (OTC)

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with international stakeholders, develop your accounting expertise, and contribute to process improvements while growing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key areas of responsibility

• Perform billing activities: single and massive invoicing based on ART&MIS requests (English & foreign & intercompany customers), semi‑automatic invoicing, AR accruals postings including intercompany
• Master data – inserting request for new code / modify code, unlocking codes / sales area opening
• All documents should be issued according to established procedures and in agreed time frames
• Perform month‑end closing activities accurately and on time, preparing accruals
• SLA assurance
• Communicate with internal customers, business unit, as required to ensure accurate query resolution
• Comply with all AR policies and procedures
• Research, analyze and resolve day‑to‑day operational issues
• Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
• Maintain an updated and approved process documentation

Knowledge & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in OTC
• Professional level of English and Polish language (at least B2 level)
• MS Office (Excel) skills
• Good analytical and multitasking skills
• Process improvement / innovation / transformation experience
• High motivation, proactiveness and flexibility
• Teamwork & communication skills
