Job summary

Accenture Operations in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Procure to Pay Specialist with German to join our hybrid team. You will handle vendor inquiries, route requests, and support AP activities while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

The role offers a blend of office and client-facing work in a dynamic, multilingual environment. Required are German and English at B2+ levels, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• German and English at min B2+ level required.
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid (50/50) mode from the office in Warsaw city center.
• Bonus points for finance/accounting education or P2P experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve vendor inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Route vendor requests to appropriate teams per contact matrix.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and clear open items.
• Review AP invoices and payment proposals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve open items.
• Manage PO/PR and provide amendments and support.
• Support automation efforts through process analysis.
• Some in-person time for collaboration and relationship-building with Clients and colleagues.

Your responsibilities

• Resolving vendor enquiries and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
• Routing vendor requests to the relevant teams for review, action, and resolution, following the point of contact matrix.
• Preparing bank reconciliations and clearing open items.
• Reviewing AP invoices and payment proposals.
• Close cooperation with stakeholders on open items resolution.
• PO/PR management, amendments and support.
• Supporting automation process through process analysis.
• With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with Clients, peers, leaders, and communities.

Our requirements

• Very good knowledge of German and English language (min. B2+ level in both is required).
• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid (50/50) mode from the office located in Warsaw city center.
