Job summary

INSTANT IMPACT is representing a leading global Financial Services firm in Poland for an Accountant (External Finance). This role focuses on preparing accounting records and maintaining accurate financial information for a portfolio of international client entities, with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory/reporting readiness.

You will review and reconcile data from multiple sources, post accounting entries, and assist with monthly/quarterly management accounts and statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• Accounting/finance degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2 years' accounting experience in professional services or financial services.
• Strong understanding of journals, debits/credits and general ledger.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accounting records and maintaining accurate financial information for international client entities.
• Reviewing, analysing and reconciling financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Posting accounting entries and supporting the preparation of trial balances and financial reports.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts within deadlines.
• Supporting regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.
• Assisting with preparation of annual financial statements and related documentation.
• Collaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions to ensure high-quality client service.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
