Job summary

State Street Corporation in Poland seeks a diligent professional to support client onboarding and custody account openings within BOaT and Account Opening. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely responses, and coordination with sub-custodians and internal teams.

You will handle account maintenance, document handling, and inquiries, while working on-site at least three days per week. The position offers a permanent contract and comprehensive benefits in a global financial services leader.

Qualifications

• University Students or Graduates (preferably Finance, Accountancy or Business related degree)
• Previous experience is not required
• Minimum 3 days/week in office

Responsibilities

• Acting as a point of contact with sub-custodians and internal departments for market related activities and inquiries
• Maintaining required accounts, including mergers, conversion in/out, name changes, renewals, etc.
• Providing updates and answers to inquiries in a timely and professional manner; cooperating with direct manager
• Resolving issues highlighted by more senior team members or team supervisor and ensuring progress is communicated
• Processing requests for markets and where physical/scanned documentation might be required
• Updating internal databases
