Axon is seeking a high-impact business development leader to drive Dedrone's growth across Central & Eastern Europe, with Poland as a key focus. You’ll own market development, craft go-to-market strategies, and build relationships with defence ministries, armed forces and public safety agencies.
The role requires experience in government procurement, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and the ability to articulate complex counter-UAS solutions to technical and senior decision-makers.

Dedrone, by Axon, is a global leader in smart airspace security. Commercial, government, public safety and defence customers around the world rely on Dedrone’s comprehensive command-and-control (C2) solutions to protect against evolving drone threats while enabling authorised drone operations. By leveraging AI/ML and integrating multiple sensors and mitigation technologies into a single operating picture, Dedrone enables customers to detect, track, identify, analyse and respond to drone activity. Solutions can be deployed on-premise, in air-gapped environments or in the cloud, supporting demanding defence, national security, public safety and critical‑infrastructure missions. This role will drive Dedrone’s growth across Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), with a particular focus on Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary. The region is experiencing rapidly evolving security requirements and increasing demand for counter-UAS and airspace‑awareness capabilities across defence, border security, critical infrastructure and public safety.
