Job summary

Intetics Inc. is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team and provide exceptional customer support through advanced ServiceNow solutions.

You will configure and customize Vulnerability Management components, build automation, and implement robust integrations with security tools. You will work closely with architects, product owners, and security stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, scalable platform solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript within ServiceNow.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Experience implementing REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and automation.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Ability to independently implement developer user stories with minimal supervision.
• English level: B2 or higher.

• Understanding of Configuration Compliance and hardening processes
• Experience with CMDB, CI relationships, and MID Server integrations
• Understanding of ServiceNow USEM architecture
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
