Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment & Selection, Advertisement Placement, Screening & Short listing.
- Knowledge of Employees Compensation & Benefit Programs including Payroll and Medical Insurance.
- Ability to handle routine HR activities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment and selection for the company.
- Drafting appointment letters and handling compensation programs.
- Evaluating probation periods and managing resignations.
Skills
Education
MBA Preferably of Customer Services in Telecom Sector
Responsible for Recruitment & Selection for the company
Advertisement Placement, Screening & Short listing, Drafting Appointment Letters
Responsible for Employees Compensation & Benefit Programs:
Payroll, Medical & Health Insurance, Provident Fund, Policy Formulation & Adherence, Probation Evaluation, Resignation & Final Settlement.
Handling routine HR activities
Excellent command over verbal & written English Language
Presentable Personality, Highly Motivated, Team Player, Well groomed & Energetic
Well versed / proficient in Microsoft Office
Should possess good Administrative & Analytical skills
