A leading administrative services provider is looking for an experienced individual to manage administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling vehicle-related issues, maintaining records, and organizing company events. Candidates should possess a graduate degree and have 5-7 years of experience in an administration department, along with strong communication and organizing skills.
Field Location: Sukkur - Multan Motorway
Handle administrative activities of the Project Manager and Section Supervisors
o Reception (Visitors activity) JBL IBA
o Cleaning / fumigation / waste disposal
Handle vehicle insurance , registration processing and tackle employee issues related to vehicle.
Issue fuel cards as per employee entitlements and maintain record of fuel billing payments.
To Control Maintaining Repair Maintenance Company Motor Vehicles of the Project.
Resolve Vehicles Theft Cases ( FIR, Police Report, Settlement of Claim, Final Report and total loss payment)
To provide office Stationery to all concerned depatts.
To Control and maintain all JBL Mobile Accessories Mobiles/Phone Records of each
employee as per the entitlement and make the payment.
Assist in arrangement for all in-house trainings of JBLJBS/MBL (lunch , tea ,refreshments and other logistical arrangements)
Maintain / update records and documents pertaining to Administrative matters
Responsible for distribution of inward mails and dispatch of outgoing mails in a timely manner in JBL/JBS/MBL
Maintaining updated information of branch asset management ( fixed Assets)
Security and Safety.
Access door/HVAC/Plumbing/Electric/carpentering issues
Maintain/ensure to arrange Nestle water.
Ensure safe and clean working environment.
Organize company events, conferences and trainings.
To make necessary travel arrangements for the company personals air tickets reservation Hotel booking and pick and drop and fallow up for payments.
Interaction with government departments.
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline
Experience: 5 7 years of experience with a good reputable company in administration department
Important Personal Attributes: MS office proficiency, verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, result oriented, planning and
organizing skills, good negotiator, ability to meet deadlines.
