Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot PCs and laptops.
• Replace necessary components in desktops and laptops.
• Assemble and disassemble laptops including motherboard and RAM.
• Regularly visit client premises to respond to complaints.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware complains including, PCs and Laptops.
  • Replacing the necessary parts in laptop/desktops.
  • Complete assembling and dissembling of necessary parts of laptops including Board, RAM, Processor, LCD.
  • Visit Client premises on regular basis in response to complain.
