Pakistan Tobacco Company has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Officer in Jhelum

• Lead and complete breakdown and preventive maintenance of machinery to ensure uninterrupted operations, while managing maintenance budgets and quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in cigarette packing technologies (e.g., GDX3, GDXW Relock, AM14, C600, C800, Stamper, Inserter, Case Packers) and their maintenance protocols.
• Drive performance within the maintenance team by setting departmental objectives, identifying skill gaps, and implementing targeted development plans.
• Lead all aspects of machine conversions to meet demand, manage spare parts usage, and strictly enforce EH&S compliance across all technical activities.
• Collaborate with SMD and services teams to gather feedback and optimize maintenance quality and operational execution.
• Champion innovation and process improvement by standardizing equipment modifications and adopting technologies that improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration through the sharing of standard processes, platforms, and takeaways across sites and departments.
• Apply SAP-based preventive maintenance tools (e.g., task lists, maintenance plans, spare parts issuance) for efficient planning and reporting.

• BTech or DAE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 1 – 3 years of experience in maintenance and operation of cig packing modules.
• Possess working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Strong management and analytical skills with the ability to innovate.
• Understanding of maintenance standards and techniques, with knowledge of basic AM & PM concepts.
