Overview

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short and long term business & marketing plans
• Develop marketing strategy, communication and media plans for promotion of the real estate project both as a point of business and for holding events
• Be responsible for BTL campaigns and communication plans in all forms of media
• Develop creative plans for generation of revenue streams. Identify and pursue business opportunities
• Brand development
• Carry out PR activities for image building of project
• Design and execute marketing strategies for various food outlets
