Job summary

Tknack Company in Islamabad seeks a dedicated YouTube Channel Manager to plan and execute content strategies from concept to upload, optimizing titles, thumbnails, and descriptions for search and CTR. You will monitor watch time, retention, and subscriber growth, then adjust strategies accordingly.

You will coordinate with editors or perform editing tasks, and report growth in client-friendly terms. Proven results from a managed channel are essential for candidacy.

Qualifications

• A channel you’ve grown with real numbers you can show.
• Understanding of YouTube search and suggested-video mechanics.
• Comfortable reading retention graphs and adjusting content based on them.
• Experience with thumbnail and title testing.
