Job summary

Skyray Ventures is seeking a YouTube Growth Manager & Thumbnail Designer to lead channel growth for multiple ventures. You will craft high-CTR thumbnails, design video assets, and guide testing strategies to maximize engagement and clicks.

You will manage channels, audit content, run A/B tests, and translate analytics into actionable improvements. Strong English writing and portfolio required; Lahore-based applicants encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels with 100K+ subscribers.
• Strong thumbnail design portfolio demonstrating high CTR.
• Deep understanding of CTR psychology—contrast, expressions, text hierarchy.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and A/B testing on YouTube.
• Strong written English for titles, descriptions, and client reports.

Responsibilities

• Design high-CTR thumbnails for every video with multiple variants for A/B testing.
• Run thumbnail and title A/B tests and track CTR performance.
• Audit historical videos and refresh thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
• Analyze channel analytics monthly (CTR, retention, impressions, subscribers).
• Prepare monthly performance reports with benchmarks and action items.
• Stay current on YouTube algorithm changes and best practices.

YouTube Growth Manager & Thumbnail Designer

Join a team of operators, strategists, and builders working across 15+ ventures in technology, media, and marketing. We move fast, think big, and build to last.

We are looking for a rare hybrid — someone who understands YouTube growth strategy AND can design
high-CTR thumbnails. You will manage YouTube channels for our clients, run A/B tests, audit historical content,
read analytics, and design the thumbnails yourself. You are data-driven, creatively strong, and obsessed with
making people click.

Responsibilities

• Design high-CTR thumbnails for every video — multiple variants per upload for A/B testing
• Run thumbnail and title A/B tests and track CTR performance rigorously
• Audit historical videos systematically — refresh thumbnails, titles, and descriptions to revive older content
• Analyse channel analytics monthly — CTR, retention, impressions, subscriber growth
• Prepare clear monthly performance reports with benchmarks and action items
• Stay current on YouTube algorithm changes and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels with 100K+ subscribers
• Strong thumbnail design portfolio — required to apply
• Deep understanding of CTR psychology — contrast, expressions, text hierarchy, curiosity gaps
• Proficient with Photoshop, Canva Pro, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio analytics and A/B testing
• Data-driven — translates numbers into decisions, not just reports
• Strong written English for titles, descriptions, and client-facing reports

Nice To Have

• Experience with creator economy channels — entertainment, education, lifestyle
• Familiarity with VidIQ, TubeBuddy, or similar tools
• Background combining both YouTube strategy and design
