Job summary

Nord Assist is seeking a Social Media Manager to own our social presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, planning and publishing content that grows audience, engagement, and leads. You will work with design, marketing, and client teams to keep every channel on-brand and on-schedule.

You will write captions, manage calendars, monitor comments, and grow community interaction, while analyzing performance to drive content improvements and coordinate with designers and video editors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing social media accounts professionally.
• Strong understanding of best practices across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Experience with content scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer).
• Eye for visual content and brand consistency.
• Ability to read analytics and adjust strategy based on performance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.

Responsibilities
