Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on YouTube Ads experience.
• Track record of scaling performance campaigns with meaningful monthly spend.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube campaign structures and bidding.
• Strong direct-response marketing foundation.
• Comfort with numbers and making data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of creative testing and offers.
• Experience managing several campaigns at once.
• Lead generation experience preferred.
• Experience with offline conversion tracking or CRM-to-Google feedback loops is a plus.

That means every dollar of ad spend has to turn into a real client, not just a cheap lead. We’re looking for a YouTube Media Buyer who has done this before and wants to own the channel.

What You’ll Do

• Build, launch, manage, and scale YouTube campaigns across multiple states and markets
• Test audiences, creatives, hooks, offers, and landing pages
• Track performance through the whole funnel: spend, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, lead quality, and cost per signed case
