Job summary

Interwood seeks a quality inspector to ensure product quality across stages from incoming materials to final inspection. You will verify drawings, measure tolerances, report non-conformities, and maintain inspection records to support audits.

You will coordinate with Deputy Manager QC and production teams to drive CAPA actions and process improvements, ensuring compliance with SOPs and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–2 years in quality control/inspection, preferably in wood or furniture manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final inspections on the shop floor.
• Review engineering and production drawings for critical dimensions and tolerances.
• Identify and report non-conformities and support CAPA implementation.
• Maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality documents.
• Ensure correct use and calibration of measuring instruments.
• Coordinate with Deputy Manager QC, QC Inspectors, and production teams to resolve issues.
