Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank is looking for an experienced Wealth Management Leader to design and implement the in-country Wealth Management strategy, adapting global propositions to local market dynamics and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on Affluent, SME, and Employee Banking clients, driving growth and wealth product penetration.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the in-country Wealth Management strategy in alignment with group priorities and country objectives.
• Translate Group Wealth product strategy into an effective local proposition for Affluent, SME and Employee Banking clients.
• Drive wealth product penetration and performance across channels with clear KPIs and resource plans.
• Develop and monitor country Wealth strategy across short, medium, and long-term horizons with senior stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities, cross-sell potential, and build sustainable annuity revenue.
• Ensure governance oversight and regulatory compliance across the Wealth business.
