Job summary

Biocos in Lahore seeks a Warehouse Operations and Quality Control Officer to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and QA processes. You will maintain accurate records in ERP, perform physical stock verifications, and inspect quality of materials at receipt, storage, and dispatch.

The role involves coordinating with warehouse, production, procurement, and dispatch teams, supervising a small team, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Odoo experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems, preferably Odoo.
• Strong inventory control and QA inspection capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records in the ERP system with stock movements.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Identify defective, damaged, expired, or non-conforming stock and report it.
• Coordinate with QA, production, procurement and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with labeling, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), storage, and cleanliness.
