Job summary

Chemcos International, a Karachi-based cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking a Warehouse Incharge to oversee the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of raw materials, packaging supplies, finished goods, and warehouse documentation. The role coordinates daily activities to maintain smooth inventory flow in support of manufacturing and dispatch operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same warehouse and logistics coordination.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred.
• Warehouse operations, inventory control, stock rotation, bin control, receiving, dispatch, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updating of inventory transactions.
• Organize warehouse locations using labeling, bin control, and stock rotation practices.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or excesses, and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Conduct regular physical counts and investigate inventory variances.
• Ensure proper handling of cosmetic materials, packaging, and finished products according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and distribution teams to meet operational schedules.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and orderly warehouse while enforcing workplace safety procedures.
• Prepare routine warehouse reports and maintain receiving, issuing, transfer, and dispatch documentation.
