Job summary

Baroque is seeking a Warehouse Accounts & DataEntry Officer to join the Lahore warehouse team. The role focuses on maintaining inventory records, data entry, and basic warehouse accounting tasks.

The ideal candidate will handle daily records, reconcile counts with the system, and collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve any financial or data discrepancies. Proficient data entry and MS Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management.
• Strong proficiency in data entry with good speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting/ERP software.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate digital records of warehouse inventory, incoming goods, and dispatches.
• Perform regular data entry operations into the company's accounting/inventory software.
• Assist in managing warehouse-related accounts, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records to ensure absolute accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to report any financial or data discrepancies.
