Job summary

Milele in Lahore is seeking a proactive Sales & Operations Executive to manage sales and purchase orders, coordinate with internal departments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveries.

You will liaise with QC, Logistics and Warehouse teams, monitor ERP/CRM data, prepare operational reports, and drive resolution of order and process issues to support smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive approach to resolving operational issues and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in sales operations, order management, inventory control, or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales and purchase orders, including vendor invoicing and payment coordination.
• Coordinate with QC, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveries.
• Manage vehicle inspection sign-offs and report damaged or defective units.
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records across ERP, CRM, and tracking systems.
• Prepare operational reports and serve as the key liaison between Sales and internal departments.
• Identify operational challenges, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Proactively resolve order, inventory, and process-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.
