• Monitor inventory and maintain records across ERP, CRM, and tracking systems.
• Prepare operational reports and liaise between Sales and internal departments.
• Identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
• Resolve order, inventory, and process-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
