The role includes integrating WMS, conducting cycle counts, and preparing performance reports to ensure stock accuracy while mentoring staff and promoting safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Masters in Business Administration, Logistics or Relevant.
• Experience 8-10 years with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor staff and drive safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize daily warehouse operations for efficiency.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, storage, and timely inbound/outbound logistics.
• Identify productivity improvements, reduce costs, and improve space utilization.
• Integrate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and conduct cycle counts.
• Prepare performance reports and ensure stock accuracy.
• Mentor warehouse staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
