Job summary

Stylo Pvt Ltd in Lahore is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Lead to drive and optimize daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper storage, and timely inbound and outbound logistics. You will focus on maximizing productivity, reducing costs, and improving space utilization.

The role includes integrating WMS, conducting cycle counts, and preparing performance reports to ensure stock accuracy while mentoring staff and promoting safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Masters in Business Administration, Logistics or Relevant.
Experience 8-10 years with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
Strong leadership with ability to mentor staff and drive safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize daily warehouse operations for efficiency.
Ensure accurate inventory control, storage, and timely inbound/outbound logistics.
Identify productivity improvements, reduce costs, and improve space utilization.
Integrate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and conduct cycle counts.
Prepare performance reports and ensure stock accuracy.
Mentor warehouse staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
