Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Strategy to partner with the Executive Team and lead strategic growth initiatives across the organization. The role requires structuring opportunities, building business cases, and delivering implementation roadmaps with cross‑functional leadership.

You will guide market assessments, risk evaluations, and financial modeling to support informed executive decision‑making and long‑term growth, reporting to the CEO and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• MBA from a leading business school strongly preferred.
• Additional postgraduate education in Strategy, Finance, Economics, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration, or related disciplines is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance high-priority strategic growth opportunities.
• Develop robust business cases with value creation and ROI.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with executive leaders to assess opportunities related to growth and innovation.
• Develop implementation roadmaps with milestones, risks, and governance considerations.
• Support enterprise strategy, annual planning, and long-term strategic planning.
