Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Senior Manager, Scheduling Operations to lead centralized scheduling for Long Term Care and Retirement divisions. You will partner with Operations, Shared Services, Labour Relations, Finance, and site leadership to implement scheduling strategies that improve efficiency, employee experience, and resident care.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in workforce management or scheduling operations.
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, or team leads (3+ years).
• Experience in healthcare operations or unionized environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.
• Understanding of labour relations principles and employment legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead scheduling operations across the division and ensure effective delivery of workforce scheduling services.
• Establish standardized scheduling practices, processes, and service levels across sites.
• Monitor scheduling performance, staffing coverage, vacancy management, and utilization metrics.
• Promote consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across scheduling teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
• Provide strategic oversight of workforce deployment, balancing staffing with costs.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR Shared Services, Labour Relations, Finance, and site leadership.
• Support change management related to workforce planning and scheduling technology implementations.
