Sienna Senior Living is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support Retirement and Long-Term Care growth. You will collaborate with operational leaders on acquisitions, integration, and organizational change, while driving HR programs and a smooth onboarding process for new teams.

The role emphasizes HR governance, workforce planning and delivering a positive team member and resident experience across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of HR generalist experience in multi-site environments.
• CHRP designation is an asset.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR support for acquisitions and redevelopment projects.
• Onboard and integrate new teams across communities.
• Develop and maintain HR processes, tools and playbooks.
• Partner with stakeholders on HR strategy and workforce planning.
• Report on key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
