Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for its Retirement Division to provide strategic marketing direction and coordination across head office and field teams. You will lead go-to-market plans for new acquisitions, lease-ups, and new builds while supporting existing properties with integrated marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of marketing, with regional/multi-site experience.
• Experience developing integrated plans across digital, traditional, and local media; local media buying is a plus.
• Experience in marketing services coordination or account management; agency background is a plus.
• Experience supporting occupancy, sales, or growth initiatives in multi-site or franchise environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional marketing advisor for local Sales Advisors, providing strategic input and planning.
• Develop local media recommendations across digital, social, and traditional channels; advise on timing and messaging.
• Coordinate with head office marketing teams to deliver brand-aligned support to field teams.
• Lead go-to-market plans for new properties, including brand integration and activation of head office services.
• Track and report performance of acquisition, lease-up, and new build marketing initiatives.
