ibex. Pakistan is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for Voice Program within the Operations department who shall assist our U.S. based client’s customers with their queries/concerns and provide an accurate resolution to customers as per the defined processes via call.

We seek individuals with experience dealing with international customers, but value personality, passion, and work ethic. A sense of humor helps a lot too.

Qualifications

• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• American or neutral accent preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid CNIC.

Responsibilities

• Assist our U.S.-based client’s customers with queries/concerns via phone.
• Provide accurate resolutions following defined processes.
• Deliver courteous, professional customer service.
• Communicate technical information in a simple, understandable manner.
• Stay updated on system information and process changes.

Skills

Excellent English communication
