Managing a team of five personnel, the Utilities Incharge ensures the continuous operation, safety, and compliance of systems such as HVAC, industrial refrigeration, boilers, and generators. This position plays a critical role in maintaining GMP compliance and operational excellence through proactive maintenance strategies and coordination with various departments.

The Utilities Incharge is responsible for developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules that enhance utility system reliability and operational efficiency. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Effective communication and coordination with Production, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control teams are necessary to support seamless manufacturing activities.
