The role requires English fluency, prior dispatching or US logistics sales experience, and familiarity with load boards. You will work the night shift (6 AM - 3 AM PKT) with commission potential and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Contact owner-operators and trucking companies to offer dispatch services.

• Handle rate negotiations to maximize profitability for drivers.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules and communicate updates in real time.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and carrier information.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales/dispatch targets.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Truck Dispatch Sales Agent to join our growing logistics team in Lahore. You will be responsible for connecting with US-based trucking carriers, negotiating freight loads, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations — all from our Lahore office during the night shift aligned with North American business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact owner-operators and trucking companies to offer dispatch services
• Source and negotiate freight loads from load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and brokers
• Handle rate negotiations to maximize profitability for drivers
