Stafflink is expanding its US Staff Augmentation team and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead business development activities, drive client acquisition, manage the candidate marketing pipeline, and build strong relationships with US-based clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in US staffing or staff augmentation, a strong understanding of lead generation and candidate profile marketing, and the ability to guide a team toward achieving business targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, US staffing, or staff augmentation.
• Experience leading or managing a business development team is preferred.
• Strong understanding of US job boards, candidate profile marketing, and client acquisition strategies.
• Hands-on LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business development activities for the US staff augmentation market.
• Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition, lead generation, and business growth.
• Identify and engage potential US clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other channels.
• Oversee candidate profile management, job board activities, and applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with US-based clients and decision-makers.
• Manage the sales pipeline, schedule client meetings, and drive opportunities toward deal closure.
• Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and ensure business development targets are met.
• Coordinate with recruitment and technical teams to align candidate profiles with client requirements.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
