Job summary

ibex is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales efforts in the U.S. market. You will conduct deep research, craft targeted cadences, and cold outreach to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

The role requires 2+ years in outbound B2B sales, excellent English communication, and hands-on use of Cognism, Salesforce, and Salesloft. This night-shift position aligns with U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven outbound B2B sales experience; inbound experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven ability to book meetings, generate qualified opportunities, and manage sales pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Cognism, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize outreach performance using data and insights.

Responsibilities

• Research industries, competitors, and workflows to tailor messaging.
• Design and execute targeted outbound cadences for the U.S. market.
• Craft cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts that get noticed.
• Confidently cold-call, qualify, and convert prospects.
• Continuously analyze outreach results to test, iterate, and improve performance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM systems.
