Job summary

PromoGeneration is seeking a part-time remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound growth. You will generate pipeline, research target accounts, and qualify leads while earning uncapped commissions.

This role requires a proactive, English-fluent SDR with CRM experience and the ability to work evenings. Responsibilities include multi-channel outreach, presentations to corporate buyers, and meticulous CRM record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of hands-on B2B sales, outbound SDR, or lead generation experience.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Dedicated quiet home office setup with reliable internet connection.
• Hands-on CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced startup environment with strong communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle objections.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
• Excellent time-management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation & Outbound Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach to generate qualified leads and build a sales pipeline.
• Account Mapping & Prospect Research: Research target accounts and key decision-makers to inform strategy.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound/outbound prospects by pain points and buying signals.
• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver value propositions to prospective corporate buyers.
• CRM Management: Maintain CRM records in Salesforce.
• Collaborative Strategy: Work with leadership to refine scripts and targeting.
• Target Achievement: Aim to meet monthly KPIs, meetings, and revenue targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build relationships for smooth hand-offs and retention.
