Job summary

Appointment Setter Online seeks a motivated, fluent English-speaking B2B Sales Representative for appointment setting with US clients. You will generate qualified leads, conduct discovery calls, and support the sales pipeline to drive growth.

Responsibilities include cold contacting US businesses, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments. You will maintain CRM data and collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies, aiming to build a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Fluent English with a clear accent.
• Strong communication, confidence, and persuasion skills on calls.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and understanding of basic sales KPIs.
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance.
• Energetic, coachable, and driven to grow within the sales team.
• Prior call center experience and international calling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact US businesses through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
• Schedule appointments and hand off warm prospects to senior closers or handle smaller deals independently.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategy and messaging.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare weekly performance updates.
• Nurture prospects consistently to build a healthy sales pipeline.
